We joined a cooking class with Rose Kitchen and it was so much more than just cooking! From shopping for fresh ingredients at a local market, learning how to make Pho, Bun Cha, and fresh spring rolls, trying apricot liquor, chanting “Một, hai, ba, vô!” before our shots, to ending the day with egg and coconut coffee and coconut chocolate ☕️
And can we talk about the Bun Cha? It was honestly the BEST Bun Cha we had in Hanoi! 🤤
They even send you all the recipes afterward (including vegan versions) so you can recreate everything at home.
Highly recommend if you’re visiting Hanoi and want a fun, authentic, and delicious experience!
